Motivational Monday: Tomorrow's BODY

I haven't YET! :) It's on my instant queue though. I'll try to watch it soon. I LOVE movies like that and yes, I completely believe God gave us a wide variety of yummy food to use as our medicine. We (as a society) have a really bad habit of making simple things complicated though. Our diet being no exception.
Amanda have you seen the documentary/movie Food Matters? It's about food and nutrition as medicine- I think you would really like it, it's on Netflix
